Suggestions to make thread for active teams/players/LFT thread

Good day, Can i suggest few things:- A. Threads where we can easily find active team that we can find for scrims or to discuss etc. Just a link of list of players in the team, their desired division and link to their leaders to contact for scrim B. We also get a dedicated thread for free agent players looking for team. Like get a nice organized list. Sticky a first thread of the list and a link to the player and the players that is looking for team etc. can post their detail. C. Hi there! I'm Pichu1257, commonly known by friends as just "pich". TL;DR: 1000+ hours Soldier main from Singapore that can play/sub as Scout, Heavy or Medic, looking for newer teams. Add me! Profile link: http://steamcommunity.com/id/pichu1257/ About me- I've had over a thousand hours played on TF2, and around 100+ hours on Soldier, with 70+ hours on Scout and 10-50+ hours on other classes. Oh, and I come from Singapore, so a SG team would be best, but I am also OK with teams of other nationality. I'm a Soldier main, but I do fairly OK as other classes as well. I've had experience with playing Roamer Soldier in 6s, and also some experience with Highlander too. I do best as Soldier, but can manage to get a couple frags as Scout/Heavy too. I can also play Medic fairly well.(As in, doing my job of healing everyone's asses >.<) I'm mainly looking to join newer and ACTIVE teams(last time I joined a HL team, there was no activity for 9 months), as I, to be honest, have had not much experience playing in Highlander, aside from the few TF2Center games I've played. My Steam account name is Wolftamer360, I'm a teen and I have been playing TF2 for 3 to 4 years and this is also my second account. I'm a P2P and I am looking for a highlander team. I would not be able to say through voice chat but I can hear through and can type very fast, around 5 letters in half a second. My main is both the Scout and Spy and also an all rounder. Online for Fridays to Sundays mostly all day but in special occasions is most of the time.

Warning: Autism levels are to the max why did i do this Looking for an entire team, I am in need of the following (team name will be decided when we are at least 2/3 full 1 scout (other scout is me) Taken 1 Roamer soldier 1 Pocket soldier Taken 1 demo Taken 1 medic 1 Mentor (Gotta be honest here, I need some scout 1v1 training) 1+ Scrim manager (important) 2 scout subs 2 soldier subs (Roamer + Pocket) 1 medic sub 1 demo sub Requirements Minimum 450+ hours with 1+ scrims At least one or two of us should be able to offclass Speak English Soldiers: Know how to do simple rocket jumps Demo and soldiers: Basic rollouts (doesn't need to be good, just needs to get to mid quicker) Active, we will be scheduling scrims at around 5:00 PM - 9:30 PM on weekdays Must attend at least 1 practice every 2 weeks, if not then you better be a pretty experienced player I will not be the leader, somebody else with an overall better leadership (and mic) will lead Looking for a bit of a lower tier competitive starter team, possibly iron / steel level (low tier) Microphone would be preferable, but if you don't have one you are allowed to bind calls (important) Calls needed: (team chat only) Medic down / uber dropped Combo incoming Flank incoming *blank* got past Scouts are headed - voice commands left/right Have a bind that you clicked a wrong bind, as a false warning Medic: Running *medigun* + Uber activated Location of the enemy medic, if not seen any class will do More if you can think of any Add me on steam, tell me your position you want to be in (first come first serve), if slot is full, the team will choose the one with better competitive experience, the other one will be a sub We should all be forgiving, if someone doesn't do well in a game, don't be mad. My weaknesses are flanking, aiming and dodging.
