Morgan 135 Report post Posted December 9, 2012 i do lift 3 my arms 3 times a week. I like to start by raising my right hand first, on a good day i sometimes manage to lift it over my shoulder. I then rotate to the left and then clap between my knees twice. Once when i was lifting a spider ate a ant 3 feet on my right.
