Those that have spoken up before should know this. I only look in the forums for suggestions/feedback. The only exceptions are the community admins/moderators of whom i interact with regularly. Now i hardly even enter the highlander server so the above usually gets nowhere. And in order to make it clear, it will continue to get nowhere. If you know there is something wrong, maps/configs/whitelists are not updated etc, this is the place to inform us about it. Even better would be to specify the problem and suggest a solution (link to updated configs/whitelist/whatever resource). This is your server to play in, so you'll have to care for it because at the end of the day it is your pug/scrim experience.

And what about the number of people voting? We usually have less than 20 votes when we run polls. Yet we have a lot more people playing in the servers that don't even participate in the forums here so their voices are unheard. This is going to affect them too. I think this is a bigger problem to solve than the lack of mumble in pugs atm.

If its to be done, it needs to be made easy. People are lazy or have problems alt tabbing to switch channels/finding the right channels. But first, do the rest of the players want this? How do you guys wanna decide?

there is this thing called mumble discipline that a lot of people don't have (noisy mics, bg noise). how would you suggest that be handled?

any issues with anything should come with a time/date of which it happened because the problem may have been resolved since and we don't want to spend unnecessary effort digging for non-existent problems. as with any proper problem reporting, the steps in correct sequence that were taken to reproduce the symptoms (that are usually the only thing reported) along with correct time should be included. this helps us from second guessing the cause of the problems. in a worrying trend, nobody reports server crashes here in a proper fashion. i have spent countless hours myself in trying to reproduce these crashes second guessing what happened. perhaps we need a centralized reporting thread for this (get to it fuzzbeard!) for make better service and progress for our great comrades!
