  5. logs.tf has information which is much more detailed and useful than Sizzlingstats, such as the average time to charge an Uber, advantages lost, damage taken, seeing who kills which class, etc. And honestly, I think it's better if people stopped checking the stats mid-game. Surely that can wait until the game is over?

    latest update - roundtable

Don't think this way and conclude on pure theorycrafting. Actual balanced unlocks will never be allowed if you close your mind to them and make immediate broad assumptions about their impact on the game. Gunboats allows Soldiers to jump for free! Medics will never survive! Kritzkrieg has faster charge! That means a permanent ~20% Uber advantage! etc.

    latest update - roundtable

Shounic probably talking about Soldier's parachute. Can airstrafe quite a bit which reduces the airshot-begging I guess.

  12. Credits to Error for the SFM artwork! Congratulations Caramel for being crowned champions of the first AsiaFortress Ultiduo Showdown! What a fierce battle it was! Going all out in the Grand Finals to shock and awe, mel and viser demonstrated unyielding teamwork as well as impeccable synergy to earn the crown. Notably putting up a fierce and relentless fight against them, AlreadyGG's team members Puzzled and Kol had also put on their A-game, clinching the title of second place. Also worthy of commendation are 好游戏,很靠近!, who fought with all their might through the matches, with members 鱼ee ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ and 苜姑娘 taking home the bronze. Thank you to all participants for your support! We would deeply appreciate it if participants could provide their post-event feedback and suggestions in this thread. Good games, and see you all next time!

  14. A sincere thank you to all participants of the first Ultiduo Showdown! We deeply appreciate the punctuality and cooperation demonstrated by the participants, as well as the amazing turnout! To aid in our ongoing efforts of improving for the future, please take a minute or two to provide honest feedback for the event, as well as provide any suggestions you may have. Here are some questions to get you started: What do you feel about the time and date chosen for the event? Did you have fun? Do you feel that the event was well-organized? Please elaborate why, or why not. Were the delays between the matches too short, too long, or good? i.e. Did you feel burned out or bored between matches because of the waiting time? What do you feel are the most important changes that should be made for future similar events? Do you have any suggestions for future events? Would you participate again in more Ultiduo tournaments the next time around? Once again, thanks for your participation, and for providing us feedback. Hope to see all of you at the next AsiaFortress event!
  15. Hello to all participants of Ultiduo Showdown! Please have at least one representative from your team join the AsiaFortress Pickup group chat by 7:30 PM GMT+8. This will be our main channel of communication and a way of confirming attendance. In the event of a dispute or you have a query you wish to make in private, feel free to add me on Steam. You will be using this thread for reporting match results. Only a member from the winning team should post the confirmation of victory, as well as naming the team that they had defeated. Reporting the match scores (e.g. 2-0, 2-1) with a screenshot is recommended. Victories should be reported no later than 5 minutes after confirmation. Example: Please refer to the Challonge brackets to know what your current matchup and standing are, and plan accordingly. In the event you need to leave your computer temporarily or otherwise, please inform an administrator involved in the group chat immediately. The first AsiaFortress Ultiduo Showdown!

Moved your post here because that thread is only for registration. You are only allowed to switch class roles and/or join the Spectator team before and between matches. As soon as the match commences (i.e. both teams have readied up), no further switching of classes is allowed. Players must stick to their selected class until the match is over. Hope this clarifies your doubts.
