6v6 TF2 Crashing When Changing Map

Yo! I've finally gotten the courage to play at PUGS but everytime the server changes maps, my tf2 crashes. I use Chris' Dx9 if it helps. I'll try to get more info on it.

if you have -dxlevel 9 (or something like that) in your launch settings you should try removing it

Sadly no luck.

These are in my startup options -full -w 1440 -h 900 -console -novid -useforcedmparms -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd

Blurr suggested that I disconnect from the server and reconnect to it again but I think I need the +1 system for I am new and I doubt that people will pick me. Also, is it only me that's experiencing this? All help is appreciated

Then badaboom, cursor shows the busy icon ( ya know, the spinning circle) and what do I see next, my steam library

can you use chris maxfps instead of dx9? dont touch dx9.
