1. Warnings

The following teams have received 1 warning each. If the reason stated for the warnings is with regards to missing demo files, that match is also nullified for said team*.

Taliban - Repeated non-scheduling of matches + no demos uploaded at all.

Taliban's team leader is now barred from being a captain of any other AFC team, along with non-entry to the next two Asiafortress competitions.

Note

On the receiving of a third warning, the team will be removed from the competition with all its members barred transfer to another team**. It is up to the teams members to step up if the leader is not upholding responsibility.

* all points gained for that round will go down to 0 for the team with no demos for that round. If this alters the winner of the match, it alters the winner for the match. e.g. A won B 4-3 and 3-2. A doesn't submit their demos in whole, but B did, so now B will win A 0-3 0-2.

** will not apply directly to Taliban.

​All round 1, 2 and 3 demos are to be uploaded by Monday 22nd July 2013. Failure to upload a complete set of demos will result in severe penalties for your team which may include point deduction and disqualification.

All 6 players POV demos must be uploaded and name according to the format on the demo page.

1. Match Scheduling

As of 19 July 2013, all matches have to be scheduled by the date that was specified in the thread. Failure to do so will result in 1 warning for the team. On the second warning, the team will be disqualified from Asiafortress Cup 7. This is to ensure a smooth match experience for not just the Home team, but for the Away team as well.

For example: Round 4 is to be scheduled by 21 July 2013 between Team A and Team B. Team B proposes 25 July, 8PM, AFL servers on 20 July 2013. Team A does not respond by the 21st, and only replies on the 24th. Team A will be given one warning.

There should be no situation whereby Team A and B are unable to come to a conclusion as all teams are given 1 week to schedule their matches.

1. iheartcats

As of 13/7, iheartcats is no longer in the active roster. As it is too late to switch up the round robin dates & tables to reflect this change, all teams will be awarded a default win for the week they are supposed to compete with iheartcats.

Current members of iheartcats with the exception of the captain are allowed to find a suitable team to transfer to, pending approval.

2. Demo Submission

Please be reminded to submit ALL your demos (named and zipped) to asiafortress.mooo.com/up

Failure to do so one week after your match has commenced will result in one warning, and you will be given an additional 1 day to submit your demos. Failure to do so will result in two warnings. On the third warning, the team will be disqualified from AFC7.

3. Match Scheduling

Please schedule your match dates promptly to allow for the maximum amount of dates available for the match to be played. For example, matches for Round 3 is to be scheduled by 14 July, Sunday. If team leaders are not able to schedule by the 14th and only schedules it on the 17th, it is the team's loss of potential dates to play the round, and no extensions will be provided.

Another case of failed match scheduling will be:

1. Home team schedules for 12 July 8PM

2. Away team doesn't reply by 12 July

3. Home team shows up in server at 12 July 8PM with screenshots that Away team is not there at the proposed time.

4. Round will go to the Home team.

It is your responsibility to constantly check up on the forums to liaise with the opponent team to ensure a smooth tournament.
