1. Asiafortress Bans
The following players are hereby banned from all Asiafortress events for 1 year, applicable immediately.

All players listed above are given the opportunity to validate their VAC ban with a league administrator in a VAC enabled server so as to remove the ban. If they are unable to validate their ban, they will be removed from the current AFC7 roster, with all matches involving the players above nulled and void, along with an Asiafortress ban of 1 year.
If any player above is a captain of a registered AFC7 team, please select a new team captain by 3 August 0000 GMT+8.
2. Disqualification
Power Rangers Wild Force has been considered inactive following 2 forfeits. They are now removed from the league, with the captain barred from heading future Asiafortress events and transferring to another team.
Regular players in Power Rangers Wild Force are allowed to partake in the next Transfer Window, pending approval from the administrators.
All matches involving Power Rangers Wild Force will be an automatic 2-0 win for the opposing team.
3. Changes to Ruleset
As of 1 August, there has been an adjustment to the following rules of AFC7.
2D. New Player Additions
Players who are not competing in AFC7 are free to join a clan, but only during the player transfer period. Players who are not competing in AFC7 but are competing in AFL for a different clan are free to apply to join during the transfer window also.
Players who are not competing in AFC7 are only allowed to join a team during a transfer window which explicitly states that new players are allowed to join. All transfers of non-registered players during a transfer window that disallows new transfers will be automatically denied.
2F. Transfer Windows
The transfer windows will allow players who are a member of a clan competing in AFC7 to move to another clan, pending admin approval. While we appreciate the need for clans to add additional players to their roster mid-season, our transfer approvals are based on the legitimacy of the transfer/addition. We aim to provide a league that is fair and competitive and we judge all cases based on that premise. The transfer windows will be 24 hours long and will occur on Wednesday 3 July 2013, Wednesday 24 July 2013 and Wednesday 7 August 2013. See the full list of Key Dates for more details.
There has been an additional transfer window added, and it will take place 1 August 2013 0200 for 24 hours. All registered teams are allowed to add one additional player to their roster that is not in a registered roster. For player additions, reasons have to be explicitly stated. If a player has a VAC ban, he or she has to explain the cause of the ban and validate it with a league administrator. All transfers will be pending approval.
The transfer window that is supposed to take place on 7 August 2013 has been rescheduled to 14 August 2013. That transfer window will not allow any addition of players that are not already registered in the AFC7 roster.
