Something else we've been considering: 2 separate pug servers, one strictly for lower level players and one normal one. Of course, the lower level one would be moderated and possibly overseen to ensure fairness and no regulars impersonating newbies just to get stomp pleasure. Also, players who are overseeing the games can give tips to players. But first, we have to see an increase in the number of new players entering the pugging scene, or this would be redundant. P.s, Never pugged with you before. I HAVE THE FRIENDLIEST TEAM

I'm for having medlocks, gunboats, equalizer, and pain train for demo only. Any other thing would change the mechanics of pushing and pulling (Direct hit one shots scouts and counters aggro sollies, sydney sleeper makes people super paranoid...) Before we can start using these "novelty" weapons, we should focus on improving our basics such as communication and gamesense, before we move on to more complex things. Like Flare said, if we want to improve the skill level of the teams in our region, we should keep the unlocks to a bare minimum.

Actually the soldier rollout above can be improved. Solly players, there is NO NEED to boost to the door during rollout UNLESS it's equalizer rollout, because you won't be able to be fully buffed when you reach mid to make jumps, or to tank the spam which is getting thrown at that entrance. If you guys have noticed, medic heals at a rate at 72hp/s if you have not received damage for 10 seconds. At round start, since nobody has taken any damage whatsoever, the medic is able to buff you heavy classes to full hp almost instantly, before you make your jumps. He can buff one soldier to full when he exits the drop window, and he can buff the other soldier (the pocket usually) to full hp at the bridge. This enables both soldiers and possibly the scouts to reach midpoint with buffs which are crucial.
