Yes they are different You learn faster and get better quicker as a individual player by playing scrims/pugs over pubs. Thanks for the best of luck.

Depends how you spend your time playing mate. For example playing 300 hrs of pub games isn't the same as playing 300 hrs in scrims/pugs. Plus some learn faster as oppose to others. ill open my profile to public anyway.

Well stats mean nothing right? You need to see someone play and how they are in scrims/games.

Hi, I am from Australia and will most likely be moving to Beijing in a couple of weeks time and would like to hopefully find a team to play for in Asia as a scout/sniper. I come with experience and have been in a few clans, I'd like to say I know roll outs well and have a decent understanding of positions and what to do in scrims.
