Thank you! I have my cl_interp set to 0.0152 for all classes except scoot and sniper. For scoot and sniper it's 0.034 hope that ins't stupid of me.

This only happens when I use mumble/skype. I really really hate it. I'm using a HP Pavilion dv4, Windows 7 Home Premium. I need to know how to fix this horrible issue -

>_> I just fixed the mumble problem. Probably fixed it with skype too. What it has been doing is choose 1 output device, and using that one for everything. It has always been set to 'Default Device'. I just set it to my headphones, now it's not retarded anymore! Thanks for your help on the 'output device' thing. And I think reinstalling the drivers helped too, maybe. Thanks for your help darkie! -
