I concur that windowed mode is the best

i think its great that so many have signed up for AFA, the next step is really for like-minded players to form teams like ikea stickies 2 and team . PUGs are like an introduction where players are all mixed and might not have really played together, and also to learn the foundation or basics of comp tf2. Scrim teams are to build teamwork among regular members. with the number of AFA participants, hopefully we can see many more teams that will be able to scrim regularly in the future. perhaps this is what asiafortress has needed in a very long time- more teams. in other leagues, teams usually go up the skill ladder with the same players over a long period of time, but of course that requires commitment and much more to be able to stick together. tl;dr, the more teams in our region, the merrier.

I would think that many people do not agree with the usual "!sm_votemenu" and the "!votemap [map]" methods commonly used in pugs. Using "!sm_votemenu" means only one person gets to choose, while using "!votemap [map]" is far too slow (I don't think the players are to be blamed). I really prefer the old method of admins setting up 5 voting options, but there usually aren't any admins in PUGs to do this. As a suggestion, it would be good to have more admins on the pug servers. They could have less privileges- mainly kicking people who are afk/timed out, setting 5 map votes, etc as compared to ban decisions or the like. Would also be good to have a asiafortress admin hierarchy kinda thing, so we know who to contact...

In pgtf2 vs derpkips, we saw vote menu being abused many times and no admin was on to settle their dispute. I don't want to bump but what's the admin's take on this?
