My tf2 doesnt launch, when i start up tf2 it validates the game files and gets stuck @ 100%

Things I have tried 1)Restarting Steam 2)Restarting computer 3)Delete ClientRegistry.blob 4)Deleting the local game content and re-downloading TF2 5)Defragmenting the game files
