Well to begin with I suck at PUGs.. 

I have never been kicked, banned so far. Just go through the rules before jumping in directly. I believe that the place where you got the password should have link to the guides in the next paragraph or so.

Coming to speak of Spammah I caused a lot of annoyance to him once with my gameplay. Later I apologized and he was very supportive and guided me.

Yes the plugin on the AF servers have all of the above thing combined with simple game chat control and UI.

Its an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) client. It lets you connect to IRC servers (like mumble servers) and chat with each other (text chat).

Sometimes there are bots along side real users that work on commands just like the commands we use in our sourcemod and pug servers like !votemap !ban etc.

I believe pick up game (PUG) originated due to picking of players from the IRC (or Mumble).

Hi guys,

I am ashkosmo with around ~800 hours gameplay. I started working a year ago but everyday after work I spend 2-3 hours playing the game because I just love it. I am 22 and guess am not too old.

I mainly play soldier and got to know about PUGs from some friends of mine. Came to know about the mentors and helpful activities going on here to help players become better.

Looking forward for a very good stay in this community and improve myself to play some good PUG matches.
