Curious to who is this, I checked all the teams and can't seem to spot any?

Div 3 should be included, so that they can at least learn from div 2 players since there that many div 1 players. Unnecessary to have 2 servers for div 1 players. As pointed out, there are insufficient div 1 players to sustain 2 servers. Maybe 1 server is okay but this could cause an even greater disparity between the already split community. To even begin on commenting on this change, I think more details have to be discussed. Is this captain solely for picking? If the answer is no, then what else will the captain be doing? Calling? How will captains be added/chosen?

"For the community" But we, ourselves can only do so much, I could only hope that we could get more people to help out during the LAN and in the first place more people to get the LAN itself going. Hope to see more people being more initiative to help events get going by volunteering themselves for certain roles they think they're capable of doing no matter how minor. It was really tough on erio and misfit as they were mostly the ones doing the heavy lifting in organising this event and kudos to them.

I give "respect" to people like floaty, omega, nova, tormented, hedwig, and others alike whom are able to take the initiative at times to ask for advice and given advise, they try and improve almost immediately not even seeking approval of their improvement. They take criticism be it negative or positive as advice to better themselves. All in all, they understand that we do not wish for them to deprove but to improve and thus "berate" them. People like js who even as a "veteran" still ask for advice. Even in the social circles of our community, the "veterans" do not necessarily give each other a fair time. People like rze who played demo once in a pug and throughout the whole game only ad 7 kills and died 29 times in the end. In fact, they all still get chided for making mistakes every once in a while still. The only difference being that they already know what mistake they made yet they still suck the critic up and play on. In the end, what the fuck is respect for? I don't need the respect and silent approval of others to play my own game well.
