On a serious note here.... I maybe considered Newbie in the 6s scene but I think i figure out why da heck the new players are trolling around so much. 1. They like how the Vets over little things 2. Vets tend to curse at these newbies And some ppl would say that the Vets have the right to do so cos the newbies arent listening or playing it right.... BUT NO! Im sur everyone feels angry when the match isnt going ur way but why cant we all be a Saki and just say it nicely? A few pugs back, I think madman was scolding ppl (including me) for losing? If winning is so important den maybe tf2 isnt a game for u tbh... My point here is asking the Vets to be nicer to newbs since the generations below u guys have degenerated brains..... And if thats too much to ask for then this would be the downfall of AFL cos no one wants to be a nice guy. THIS MESSAGE IS NOT MEANT TO MEAN ANYTHING ABOUT MADMAN! ITS JUST AN EXAMPLE! SO DONT GO THINKING DREAM HATES THIS GUY! I KNOW HOW MUCH HE HAS DONE FOR AFL! SO THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE. IT JUST SO HAPPEN THAT THIS HAPPENED TO ME. guys and to old players. When yelling we must have like a limit as well... its basically all the argument and all the swearing and cursing at each other that makes pugs more shit than it is.... Like i said at the start we not only need old players to be admins but we need some kind of admin for the new players from the new players itself... Not serious talk: realized that i start playing tf2 earlier than most peeps and i still sick more than them

We need someone who is a good leader from the so called "scrubs" technically that person doesnt need to be good at the game. All he needs to be is be able to bond the 2 different divs together so that the young players can learn better from the old players instead of cower in fear of the old players. Also to the new players, we need to grow bigger balls and talk thru the mic just socialize wif some old players

Well, Hi I've been missing from the competitive road for about a year and when i got back there wasn't the need for the mumble in pickups anymore. I thought that i was ok at first til my in-game voice chat broke so how and valve isn't replying to my ask for help. And I'm fed up that i can't comm wif my team in pickups. I try my best to type everything and it can be quite difficult. And some players don't really comm with the rest of the team until they get blame and it can be quite a heated argument at times. I think making it compulsory for one to be in the mumble would be good. Those that aren't shud be sub out or something (suggestion) Reasons that i have come up that bring this back would benefit the players: 1. It would help with the communication from a player to another 2. Mumble has the fade out effect that makes hearing the voices much better Again this is a suggestion. I might sound kinda one sided but im just tired since im doing this in the early mornings :3
