after 25mins of reading over dinner. I have a very straightforward version of the offclass rule that is easy to understand and enforce. IF ANYONE ON YOUR TEAM COMPLAINS ABOUT YOU OFFCLASSING THEN DO NOT OFFCLASS. easy and simple. if no one complains you are in the green

i do lift 3 my arms 3 times a week. I like to start by raising my right hand first, on a good day i sometimes manage to lift it over my shoulder. I then rotate to the left and then clap between my knees twice. Once when i was lifting a spider ate a ant 3 feet on my right. I felt sorry for the ant but was too scared to kill the spider so i let nature take its course. Next question pls
