Caldoran 146 Report post Posted April 13, 2016 From my personal perspective as a player, I do feel that players who waited for enough players to start the PUG should be picked over those who only came in after. It's not hard to imagine how unfair it feels to basically have wasted time helping other people get a game started while you sit in spectator. That said, I don't yet see a need to revamp the +1 system from an administrative point of view. From what I've seen, this hasn't appeared to be a particularly prevalent problem. Granted, I'm not exactly known for being a particularly active PUG player nowadays, so I would appreciate inputs, suggestions and opinions from the community and its players on this matter, especially from anyone who is frequently the one left out in such scenarios. I think it's only fair that we let people who roll takes his place in the team, isn't it? because he was waiting for players even before I came into the server. don't tell me you've never felt an inch of annoyance if someone were to do that to you when you've waited long for people to join, only to have your spot taken by another person who wasn't even waiting. I wanted to give my spot because I feel it's right for him to have mine if he can't have yours. It has nothing to do with making you look bad, if that's what you're thinking. Be free pick or what not, it's just fair for the person who have waited to be picked instead of the one who just came into the server. whatever you choose to do is entire up to you. the idea of freepicking in pugs is to pick ANYONE who ROLLED, FREE TO PICK ANYONE, it doesn't literally means picking from anywhere you want. and I have no idea why you bother posting here because the pug that we played it was in a Shana server and you would know that if you paid any attention to what server you were in. As far as I know, don't you need a pw to access these servers, so I'm pretty sure that the pw is NOT the same. Asiafortress pug servers have plugins that makes it easier for you to pick by pressing buttons on your keyboard instead of typing the player's name. if you want to talk to Shana's admin, maybe Bolt or Himari could help you but certainly not us. AF does have a flaw in that, but then again, it's really up to the team captain to do what he wants. and bringing Xenome's name in our conversation makes you look really sad.
