Rules regarding Transfer Windows:

2F. Transfer Windows
The transfer windows will allow players who are a member of a clan competing in AFC8 to move to another clan, pending admin approval. While we appreciate the need for clans to add additional players to their roster mid-season, our transfer approvals are based on the legitimacy of the transfer/addition.
 
We aim to provide a league that is fair and competitive and we judge all cases based on that premise. Transfer applications may be made in the forum thread at any point. The transfer windows will be 24 hours long and will occur on four days distributed across the tournament.

Mel has been pretty inactive in TF2, mainly playing cs:go and focusing on real life, so we believe that he should be eligible to play for our team in div 3.

side note: because most of our players have many commitments, we're requesting for 4 transfers in order to allow us to have some buffer in case of any problems that pop up (we had to play 5v6 (4v6 at times) in our previous match due to computer issues and stuff). We do not want to face any problems with mercs anymore too, as we've used them up after 3 matches.
