Biotics 45 Report post Posted December 3, 2012 If this goes on I'm sure many people will be excited and form teams on their own just to have a shot at the cup
natapon 124 Report post Posted December 3, 2012 lets make it an requirement for each of these teams to have a mentor. the mentor does not have to be a player the mentor will: - ensure the team captain fulfills what is required of the role (scheduling, team management) - guide the team along as they go through the process of developing an understanding of competitive tf2 - only be official once approved by admins teams that do not currently have a mentor can post in a dedicated thread in look for one. not only do the new players need to learn how to play the game. there are potential future team leaders in the mix and they should be guided to develop proper scrim etiquette.
