emir 10 Report post Posted June 20, 2011 can i just clarify, what qualifies as a "competitive player?" i know there are some people who are primarily pubbers, but have dabbled in pugs on a couple of occasions just to try it out. are these people allowed to participate? or does "competitive player" just apply to those who have a team/had previously participated in a tournament/etc?
