why did i do this

Looking for an entire team, I am in need of the following (team name will be decided when we are at least 2/3 full

• 1 scout (other scout is me) Taken
• 1 Roamer soldier 
• 1 Pocket soldier Taken
• 1 demo Taken
• 1 medic
• 1 Mentor (Gotta be honest here, I need some scout 1v1 training)
• 1+ Scrim manager (important)
• 2 scout subs
• 2 soldier subs (Roamer + Pocket)
• 1 medic sub
• 1 demo sub

​Requirements

1. Minimum 450+ hours with 1+ scrims
2. At least one or two of us should be able to offclass
3. Speak English
4. Soldiers: Know how to do simple rocket jumps
5. Demo and soldiers: Basic rollouts (doesn't need to be good, just needs to get to mid quicker)
6. Active, we will be scheduling scrims at around 5:00 PM - 9:30 PM on weekdays
7. Must attend at least 1 practice every 2 weeks, if not then you better be a pretty experienced player

I will not be the leader, somebody else with an overall better leadership (and mic) will lead

Looking for a bit of a lower tier competitive starter team, possibly iron / steel level (low tier)

Microphone would be preferable, but if you don't have one you are allowed to bind calls (important)

Calls needed: (team chat only)

1. Medic down / uber dropped
2. Combo incoming
3. Flank incoming
4. *blank* got past
5. Scouts are headed - voice commands left/right
6. Have a bind that you clicked a wrong bind, as a false warning
7. Medic: Running *medigun* + Uber activated
8. Location of the enemy medic, if not seen any class will do
9. More if you can think of any

Add me on steam, tell me your position you want to be in (first come first serve), if slot is full, the team will choose the one with better competitive experience, the other one will be a sub

We should all be forgiving, if someone doesn't do well in a game, don't be mad. Remember, this is just for those who want some competitive experience!

I live in the Philippines, so being there would be preferable, but anyone can join.

Update: Team almost full, I need the combo (pocket soldier and medic)

• 1056 hours in the game
• 100% reliability and mumbility
• Has a mic (I don't use it too much, I use the voice commands most of the time)
• Competitive experience
• Gonna be honest here - needs a bit of work with scout 1v1s
• Active most of the afternoon and in night (4:30 - 9:30 PM)
• I can be a sub
• Asian
• I can go as low as Iron, as high as steel
