Matches can be played on an external server on the condition that:

One or both teams' members have significant ping/network issues to the default servers
Organizer or administrator approval has been granted before the match
Both teams mutually agree on the server
The server is running the map selected for the match
Configs are properly set on the server (best of 3).

The item whitelist should mirror the one used for the tournament as closely as possible. Weapons that are not allowed in the official tournament whitelist will still be prohibited regardless of its availability in the server used and a usage breach would be penalized.

Moved your post here because that thread is only for registration.

You are only allowed to switch class roles and/or join the Spectator team before and between matches.

As soon as the match commences (i.e. both teams have readied up), no further switching of classes is allowed. Players must stick to their selected class until the match is over.
